We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Payment can be made at the time of booking or upon vehicle pickup.

A deposit is required at the time of vehicle pickup. The deposit amount depends on the car class and insurance coverage.

The rental price includes basic insurance, which covers third-party liability. The renter can purchase additional insurance packages for extended coverage, including a damage waiver. Read more in our Rental Insurance Policy.

The excess amount varies depending on the chosen insurance package. The renter is responsible for damages within the deductible amount.

Insurance does not cover damage caused by negligence, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or violation of rental terms.

It is prohibited to use the vehicle for racing, towing, or transporting hazardous materials.

Off-road driving is not allowed and is not covered by insurance.

Additional drivers can be added to the rental agreement for an extra fee. All drivers must meet the age and document requirements.

The vehicle is provided in clean and working condition with a full tank of fuel. The renter must inspect the vehicle for any damages before departure. The car must be returned at the agreed time and location in the same condition, with a full tank of fuel.

Returning the vehicle outside business hours is possible upon prior arrangement and may incur additional fees.

A one-hour grace period is allowed. Exceeding this time will result in additional hourly charges.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before pickup time are free of charge. Late cancellations will incur a fee equivalent to one rental day.
