We may collect personal information when you visit our website, book a car, or subscribe to our newsletter. The information we collect may include your name, address, email, phone number, and payment details. We also collect data about the vehicles you rent, including the make, model, and rental dates and times.

• If cancellation is made 24 hours or more in advance, the full amount willbe refunded.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or failure tocollect the vehicle may incur a latecan cellation or no-show fee of €77 plus VAT, covering administrative and preparation costs.

Refunds for prepaid reservations will only be processed ifcancellations are made through the official channels listed above. Please note,all times are based on the local time in Cyprus.
